HTA Assessment.
LiveAnalysisWhat did the body rely on, and what does that precedent allow?
An Analysis works differently from asking a question. First you get a plan — the questions the method says must be answered. You agree it, change it, or narrow it. Only then does the work start, and the finished document answers every question in that plan or marks it as a gap and says why. Because the method fixes the headings, two analyses of the same kind can be read side by side. Every number carries its source. The closing section names what would reopen the conclusion.
HTA Assessment is a ready-made use case for Market Access. It ships under the Analysis template.

An Analysis is one person's work product. One specialist, one plan, one signature — yours. When the work needs several people answerable at different steps, that is a Mission.
